Sue and I used to make these a long time ago but some things just never go out of style!  100% cotton dress is trimmed with delicate polyester lace; the same lace accents the hem of the jumper, which is also decorated with 1/4" tucks.  The jumper is also 100% cotton, and is hand-embroidered on the front yoke and armhole ruffles and finished with cute little flower buttons.  Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
