Sometimes ideas come to me in my dreams, and this was one of those! It's made from 100% cotton with a swirly blue print that made me think of the ocean. The goldfish applique' goes all the way around. The matching hat has a hatband made with a braid of strips of the tan fabric. It closes in the back with a zipper, and the bodice is lined with blue poly/cotton blend. Machine wash cold, tumble dry low.
