Just before Christmas, our friend Dan came over to the house and brought a goodie bag with these squares in it.  I had to get the recipe from his wife because although I've had (and sometimes made) peanut-butter-cup-type squares before, nothing ever came close to these.  I still haven't made them myself yet, but trust me, they're outstanding.  And you don't have to light the oven, which is always a plus.  And they're super easy.

Maureen's Peanut Butter Bars

2-1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
1 c peanut butter (creamy or chunky, your choice)
1 c melted margarine
2-3/4 c powdered sugar
2 c semisweet chocolate chips

Cream together everything but the chips, and press into a 9x13" pan.  Melt the chips, and spread them on top.  Chill 10 minutes and cut into squares, then chill them overnight.

That's all.  Really!
