Peanut Butter Honey Balls (no baking!!)

1 c nonfat dry milk powder
1/2 c peanut butter
1/2 c honey
1/2 c graham cracker crumbs

Coatings:  chocolate sprinkles, chopped nuts, confectioner's sugar, or chopped   flaked coconut

And that's it!!  Just mix them all together (not the coatings) with your hands until they're well-blended.  (very sticky.)  Then shape them into 1-inch balls, roll in the coating of your choice, and chill.  Once you chill them you don't have to leave them in the fridge, that's just to get them to kind of solidify.

I tried these for the first time last week and they were good, but way, way too sweet.  So when I tried them again I substituted quick-cooking oatmeal for the graham crumbs and cut down on the honey by a little bit.  The oatmeal instead of the graham crumbs would have been enough to make them less sweet, but they were a little dry so don't cut down on the honey.  And by the way I used crunchy peanut butter; you could use creamy, or maybe another nut butter?
